The online user community has become an important platform for users to share knowledge, communicate with each other, and voluntarily participate in community activities. This paper investigates the influence of users' status in online user communities on their entrepreneurial intention. We focus on the mediating role of self-efficacy and opportunity identification in this relationship. China's rapid economic growth and the resulting uneven regional development have led to a significant problem of population migration, particularly in Heilongjiang Province. The country's investment focus and policy dividend have been directed towards coastal areas, resulting in significant imbalances in economic development among regions. This study examines the impact of population migration on economic growth in Heilongjiang Province through theoretical analysis, assumptions, and empirical analysis based on panel data analysis of 13 prefecture-level cities. The study concludes that population migration has a positive impact on economic development, and government policies and industrial structure significantly influence economic development.
