<p>This study delves into the critical success factors (CSFs) in the context of hotel companies, emphasizing a managerial perspective. The primary objective is to identify the most pivotal CSFs in the hotel industry as per existing literature, and discern which of these CSFs are particularly beneficial for strategic, managerial, and operational purposes. We posit that comprehending the CSFs deemed most significant in the literature can guide managers in making informed decisions regarding resource allocation.
