However, in secondary schools’ leadership; ranging from Deans of Studies, Heads of Departments, and Principals in Co-educational schools, Chairpersons of Boards of Management, Chancellors and Vice Chancellors of major public universities, national polytechnics, and Parent Associations remain a male-dominated entity</p>
