This study investigates the impact of multiple large shareholders (MLS) on corporate financial policies, addressing a notable gap in the existing literature. Prior research has primarily focused on the relationship between individual large shareholders and firm policies, often overlooking the presence of other significant shareholders. We aim to fill this gap by examining whether the presence of MLS, taking into account various large shareholders, significantly influences a firm's financial policies. Our analysis seeks to provide insights into the internal structural factors affecting firm decision-making. The study employs a comprehensive approach to understand how MLS influence corporate financial policies, a critical aspect in contemporary corporate governance and strategic management.
