Abstract

The retail sector in Indonesia is experiencing rapid growth, but it is facing challenges related to supply chain management. This paper discusses the importance of supply chain management in the retail sector and how it can be improved. The paper also provides some specific examples of how supply chain management has been used to improve the performance of retail businesses in Indonesia.
