Abstract

This study focuses on the use of security techniques in cyber warfare in Saudi Arabia to address the increasing risks of cyber threats to national security. The authors explore how cyberspace impacts concepts of security, conflict, and war and discuss various types of cyber warfare. The study highlights the role of electronic combat units in defense and offense and emphasizes the importance of information and data security in countering cyber threats. The authors also examine different approaches to achieve information security, such as encryption and watermarking, and provide an overview of the challenges of cybercrime, particularly in the context of smart cities. The study concludes with a discussion of strategies to enhance cybersecurity in Saudi Arabia.
