Abstract

Quantitative data were analyzed using SPSS, while qualitative data were thematically analyzed. Findings reveal a gendered division of labor, with women primarily handling indoor cleaning tasks and men focusing on outdoor maintenance. Cleaners face economic challenges (low wages, salary delays), social issues (disrespect from students), and infrastructural barriers (inadequate equipment).
